岗位职责：
对供应商物料质量负责 ， 确保所有来料质量的可靠性和稳定性。
主导新产品的质量管控，执行样品认证并作出专业的判定，制定检验标准和规范；
主导供应商质量体系审核和产品/制程审核；
发起和主导供应商绩效提升：推进供应商质量持续改进，制定年度供应商审核计划和管控方案并实施；
支持来料检验,过程检验,出货检验和与供应商来料相关的客诉处理。
岗位要求：
1.本科或本科以上学历，至少有5年机械制造行业工作经验或3年以上供应商质量管理经验。
2. 对产品技术有兴趣，具备主动学习、思考和钻研精神特质的优先。
3.具备快速专业解决质量问题的能力，具有专业的质量管理知识，质量工具的优先
4.有钣金、机加、焊接、塑料产品经验的优先。
5. 具备基本的英语听说读写能力
6.良好的人际交往能力和冲突解决能力，良好的组织能力和团队合作能力。
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the quality assurance of incoming material, ensure the reliability and stability of all incoming material quality,
2.Lead material quality control during new product introduction, perform sample qualification and make professional judgment, make inspection standards and IQC inspection requirement.
3.Lead supplier quality system audit and product/process audit.
4.Initiate and lead supplier performance improvement: drive supplier quality continuous improvement, make annual supplier quality audit and control plan then implement.
5.Support incoming inspection, in-process inspection, pre-shipment quality check and customer compliant handling related with incoming material.
Main Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above，Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Mechanical manufacturing industry, or 3 years’ supplier quality management experience.
2.Be interesting on product’s technics and be proactively learning, thinking and deep diving is preferred.
3.Ability to solve quality problems quickly and professionally, professional quality management knowledge and quality tools are preferred.
4.Experience in sheet metal, machining, welding, plastic products is preferred.
5.Enable to listening, speaking, writing and reading English
6.Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, good leadership and cooperation skills.
